본 시험 장비는 각종 재료의 물리적인 특성을 시험하기 위한 범용 시험기로서 시편 그립 교체를 통해 다양한 인장 및 압축 시험을 수행할 수 있습니다.

시험 유형으로는 인장, 압력, 휨, 전단, 싸이클 및 굴곡 등 매우 다양하며, 인장시험의 경우 양쪽으로 잡아 당기면서 재료의 파괴가 일어날 때까지의 데이터가 실시간으로 표시, 저장되며, 최대 항복 값이나 탄성계수 등을 구할 수 있습니다.

압축시험의 경우에는 위에서 지그가 일정한 힘과 속도를 가지고 시편을 누르게 되는데, 재료가 파괴가 일어날 때까지의 값을 데이터로 얻을 수 있습니다.

Product Description

 

This machine is mainly used for the tension test of various materials, such as

metal wire, rubber, plastic, composite material, paper, spring, textile, yarn, and

cable test of all kinds of adhesive tapes. The material mechanical property can

be obtained automatically according to different criterion, and a complete test

report and curve can be printed out.

The Samsung servo motor is introduced in control system of this machine, and

equipped with high accurate pre-tightening ball screw for driving crosshead,

encoder for displacement feedback. This characterizes convenient operation,

stable running, reliability, accurate measuring and reliable upper and lower limit

protection of crosshead which can return quickly, accurately and automatically.
